We are a parent led non profit established to support the building of affordable owner occupied housing for people with disabilities that need extra care and supervision, with their support families, friends and caregivers.
Our vision is to support the building of a community in the SW Snohomish County area, that will be designed after the dementia villages being built in Europe and other places around the world. This unique and novel approach will allow our family, friends and caregivers to live together in a community that is affordable and forever.

We want to utilize this new Dutch model to build a secure community apartment building that will have 25% of residents that are people with disabilities requiring care and supervision. This new model of larger suites of 6-7 units to an apartment. The rest of the residents will be their family, friends and caregivers living in regular apartments from studios to 3 bedroom apartments.
All of these ideas are open to the public and you are welcomed to use them.
