We are a parent led non profit established to support the building of affordable owner occupied housing for people with disabilities that need extra care and supervision, with their support families, friends and caregivers.
Our vision is to support the building of a village in the SW Snohomish County area, that will have individual Adult Family Homes in the center surrounded by a 2 story apartment complex. This unique and novel approach will allow our family, friends and caregivers to live together to support their loved ones that need extra care and supervision. The main goal is to a make a village that is affordable and permanent. This village will be a secure community surrounding adult family homes that will house 25% of residents that are people with disabilities requiring care and supervision. The rest of the residents will be their family, friends and caregivers living in regular apartments from studios to 4 bedroom apartments
