Why is this project so unique and novel:
1. Homeownership will be achieved through a cooperative limited liability company (LLC).
2. The model will be affordable for individuals at the lowest income levels, with pricing adjusted based on the number of residents in each income bracket.
3. Costs will be controlled by prohibiting the sale of individual units at market rates; instead, the value of each unit will remain stable over time.
4. The construction will be funded through private, non-profit, or government investments, with the original loan repaid once the property reaches full occupancy. So the resident can truly own their own residency.
